Future of Black Tourism is created to enhance and build a collaborative ecosystem of Black travel and tourism organizations, entrepreneurs, professionals, and students for sustainable growth in domestic + international markets.
We will leverage the diverse talents of FOBT to build a global Black tourism ecosystem to create equitable opportunities to advance Blacks in travel & tourism.
We will develop the talents of our members, and foster strategic collaborations to fulfill our collective and individuals goals. We will seek partners to invest in our members as well as support our mission.
We are more powerful when we work collaboratively and can offer greater value to our industry as a united collective!
We will leverage the collective voices, talents and expertise of FOBT members to challenge and change our industry, and leverage innovation to create a path forward that advances Blacks in travel, tourism and hospitality for generations to come!
We will always be intentional about building with purpose and intentional about who we serve and why we are building our Black tourism ecosystem.
FOBT members will be purposeful about fostering an environment where all feel welcomed, respected, valued, appreciated and are beneficiaries of our collective efforts.
