Future of Black Tourism is dedicated to forging collaborative partnerships with governments, industry allies, and stakeholders to champion fair and equitable opportunities for Blacks in travel, tourism, and hospitality. We advocate for equality in hiring practices, supplier diversity initiatives, capital acquisition, board positions, and speaking engagements, ensuring that Black businesses and professionals have access to the same opportunities as their counterparts. By fostering inclusive policies and practices, we strive to dismantle systemic barriers and create a level playing field where Black individuals can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the industry. Together, we are committed to building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive future in travel and tourism.
